I am a Commercial Specialist that can be a true asset to both the sellers and buyers of commercial property because my MBA in Finance sets me apart from other Licensed Real Estate Salespeople.  

In Commercial Real Estate, the clients are financially astute and to be able to 'talk the same language' with them is invaluable.  I am experienced in business, financial analysis and negotiations...all essential qualities needed in the Commercial market.

DESIGNATIONS:

I have the following designations:  Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR), Certified Depressed Properties Expert (CDPE), Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Own America Investment certification (OICP).  There are currently only 22,000 CDPEs nationwide.

I have two passions in life: Photography and Travel. I decided that since I enjoy both so much I should combine the two and share my experiences with others...through the lens of my camera.

At a young age, I studied Photography at SUNY Purchase in NY and used my knowledge to create a portfolio of pictures taken throughout my life.

I have done quite a bit of portrait photography, some wedding photography and landscapes.
