<p>Uceda is an international organization dedicated to teaching English as a second language (ESL) to its clients.</p> <p>Like other Uceda Institute locations, the Port Chester office caters to international students and recent immigrants who wish to learn English, or to improve on a limited understanding of the language.</p> <p>Uceda's classroom instruction blends traditional language-learning exercises with classroom time dedicated to practical applications like conversational English. In addition, students can sign up for additional one-on-one tutoring at no extra charge.</p>
