The Veterinary Cancer Center

The Veterinary Cancer Center  (VCC) is a world class facility that specializes in the veterinary practice dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in animals. This facility is privately owned and one of the largest standalone cancer facilities.  Almost every case we handle is referred to us by a family veterinarian seeking expert outside counsel. Our approach is to work with your regular veterinarian and form a team of medical experts with the common goal of extending both the quality and length of your pet's life.

Together we will provide the best cancer care possible, whether it's chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, surgical plan or offering up a clinical trial. The VCC offers the only linear accelerator radiation treatment in both Fairfield and Westchester County. What does this mean for your pet? Only the most comprehensive cancer treatment is being offered for prevention, treatment, care and support when cancer has been diagnosed.

The Veterinary Cancer Center in Norwalk, CT offers a leading team of specialists to support the treatment, diagnosis and care of cancer in your pet. Our staff includes a list of the finest nationally recognized oncologists, led by Dr. Gerald Post, DACVIM (Oncology). Dr. Post is one of approximately only two hundred board-certified veterinary oncologists in the United States. Most recently he's been recognized by New York magazine as one of the best veterinarians in the tri-state area.
