Lin recently told reporters he was sleeping on his brother's couch, unsure of how long he'd be in New York after he was signed to essentially sit on the end of the Knicks' bench. Now, after averaging 27 points and 9 assists over his last five games and earning a spot on the cover of Sports Illustrated, his immediate future seems a little more assured.

According to the Daily News, Lee, who was Lin's teammate last season for Golden State, paid around $750,000 for the apartment. Lee talked with reporters in California recently about Lin's success in this accompanying YouTube clip.
