Congratulations to Port Chester High School Boy's Varsity Coach John Cafaldo, who was named Section One Class A Boy's Soccer Coach of the Year by the Section One Soccer Coach's Association at last week's annual meeting.

While the trick or treaters were out in full force last night the section and local high schools were busy trying to figure out a way to get all the playoff games in.

With several schools around the Hudson Valley still without power from the weekend’s storm it is presenting a challenge for athletic teams everywhere to find places to practice and play.

Congratulations to the Girl's Varsity Soccer team, which defeated Saunders on Friday, 3-2, to advance to the next round of the Girls Section 1 Soccer tournament. 

Congratulations to the Boy's Varsity Soccer team, which defeated Riverside  Friday, 6-1, to advance to the next round of the Boys Section One Soccer tournament.

The boy's are scheduled to play Sleepy Hollow today at SUNY Purchase at 3 p.m.
