Winning Ways: Port Chester JV Cheerleaders Capture First Place in State Competition

Rams team cited for best stunt.

The Port Chester High School JV Cheerleaders have won First Place in the Empire State Championship Competition.

The team, competing at Herkimer High School in Herkimer, NY, had a total score of 289.5 out of 300.0 possible points, the Port Chester Rams dominated the Large Junior Varsity Division.

In addition to earning a first place finish at the Empire Championships, the team received an award for “Best Stunt Incorporation.”
