[VIDEO] Middle School Principals Group Visits Port Chester

Port Chester Middle School hosted a group of the region's middle school principals on Friday as they gathered to discuss common issues and concerns. At the same time, Port Chester took the opportunity to show off its middle school programs.

Port Chester Middle School Principal Patrick Swift said he and other middle school principals regularly meet to talk about subjects affecting their schools, staff and students. On Friday, Swift invited the group to visit Port Chester Middle School, tour the building and hear about local educational efforts such as the school's English seminar program.

Swift said the visit by fellow middle school principals was a chance to show off efforts to boost academic excellence in Port Chester.
