Thunderstorms Threaten, Port Chester Pep Rally Postponed
Thursday's parade and pep rally has been postponed until Friday.
The parade and pep rally will have to wait.
With thunderstorms and rain on the forecast for Thursday, the scheduled have been moved to Friday.
The times remain the same -- some 900 students and staffers will depart from Port Chester Middle School en route to Port Chester High School's Ryan Stadium at 1:40 p.m. Friday, if the weather holds up.

A statement from the school district said the event could be rescheduled again if Friday brings more bad weather. Current forecasts predict rain and temperatures in the low 70s for Friday, but without the thunderstorms expected on Thursday.
