Port Chester H.S. Band Members: Thanks for the Support

Members of the community make donations toward PCHS band programs on "Booster Day."

Port Chester High School Marching Band students, and their parents, sent out a message of "thanks" Sunday night after getting lots of support from the community on "Booster Day."

Students went throughout the village, seeking donations to support their efforts. The band is hoping to raise enough money so members can perform at Disney this coming school year.

Coming up on Thursday after 6 p.m., band supporters can get a preview of the 2012-2013 band at Crawford Park as it marks the last day of this intense week at Band Camp in Port Chester.
