Port Chester High School freshman , who was honored with an Overcoming the Odds Award from StudentAdvocacy last month, will be receiving a certificate from the Village of Port Chester on Monday June 18 at the Board of Trustees meeting at 7 p.m. The Board meets in the courtroom at 350 N. Main St.
