Pre-purchase Orientation is offered to individuals interested in buying their first home. Orientations cover the following topics: Down payment and closing cost assistance programs, available mortgage products/programs for First Time Homebuyers: i.e. SONYMA and FHA, Budget and Credit, and overview of the closing process.
Workshops are free but registration is required. Orientations in Spanish are also available on the same day at 10:00 a.m. Each orientation is approximately one hour and a half.
