Capeci, Johnson Prevail in Port Chester School Board Vote

Anne Capeci and Robert Johnson were elected to the Port Chester Board of Education Tuesday, according to officials.

Candidates Richard Cuddy and Edward Del Monte Jr., the other two candidates in the race, lost their bids for one of the two seats by healthy margins.

Additionally by a better than 2-to-1 margin, Port Chester residents approved the proposed school spending plan for next year of $88.4 million.
