Blind Brook Special Education Program Review Meeting

Blind Brook will hold the meeting Dec. 12 at 7 p.m.

A Message from the Blind Brook school district to all members of the Blind Brook community:

You are cordially invited to participate in the District's Special Education Program Review on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, 7pm-8:30pm in the Monroe E. Haas Instructional Media Center at Blind Brook Middle High School

This session will be a discussion with Dr. Jacquelyn Taylor, the facilitator of our Special Education Program Review, and Harry Burg, Blind Brook Director of Pupil Services.

The focus of the discussion will be the attached four questions related to the effectiveness of the current program, priorities for improvement, opportunities, and obstacles. Dr. Taylor, a recently retired Superintendent of the Byram Hills School District with over 40 years of experience in education and special education, is gathering information to review the Blind Brook Special Education Program and to write recommendations to implement as part of the District's three year program review cycle.

If you would like to be part of this important District discussion, RSVP to Tracey Parsehian at 914-937-3600 x3020 by December 7, 2012.
