School Calendar: A Shortened Week for Children

Highlights from this week's school calendar.

Tuesday is not only Election Day, but is also a day off for children in Port Chester schools. Consider bringing your child to a service or memorial on Friday, as they will be off for Veteran’s Day.

Elementary PTA/PTO Meetings

Did you know that parents/guardians can bring children of non-voting age into the voting booth with them? Make Tuesday a great learning opportunity for your young one as you go and vote.

Thursday, November 10

Elementary Progress Reports issued

Middle School 1st Marking Period Ends

Veteran’s Day Breakfast for King Street School at 9:30 am

Veteran’s Walk for Park Avenue at 1:45 pm

Board of Education meeting at 7:30 pm

The fist marking period will end on Thursday for the middle school, so now’s the time to turn in anything that is late or overdue. It’s still not too late to recoup from a rough start, every student should be working toward ending strong. Meanwhile, elementary school progress reports will be issued on this day as well.
