Talk about an incentive.

Fairfield resident David Chaifetz is looking to sell his Greenfield Hills palatial home and according to one report, he's willing to use his 2007 Bentley convertible as an incentive for real estate agents.

According to News 12, Chaifetz will pay the agent who sells the $2.295 million Hillside Lane home with four bedrooms, six baths and a sparkling swimming pool, with the Bentley as well as commission.

Todd David Miller of Higgins Group Real Estate says, "For the first time ever in real estate, I am enticing brokers to come see a property by offering them a 2007 Bentley convertible upon a successful completion of the transaction." Miller estimates the car is worth $100,000.

In an email, Higgins said, "I (am) trying to revolutionize the business of selling real estate with these new strategies. The high-end market is at an all time low, but these key strategies are driving traffic.
