Trustees Meet Tonight: Parking, School Zones and Smoke-Free Parks

Port Chester's Board of Trustees will meet tonight at the village courthouse.

Port Chester's trustees will turn their attention toward the village's comprehensive plan and watch a presentation on smoke-free parks when they meet tonight at the courthouse.

The Port Chester Community Cares Coalition will offer their presentation on smoke-free parks; later in the evening, trustees are expected to discuss parking, school zones and budget operation guidelines. The former discussion was added to the agenda at the request of Mayor Dennis Pilla, while the latter two were added by Trustee Bart Didden.

Two resolutions deal with the Comprehensive Plan, and a third would establish the Board of Trustees as "lead agency" for an update to the Waterfront Revitalization Plan.
