Port Chester Middle School eighth grade students discussed the structure and power of local government with Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino and News 12 Anchor Matt Sampson as part of an Optimum “Power to Learn,” event on Thursday. Astorino and Sampson answered questions from students and watched skits that a group of student volunteers put together about voting and local government.
