Motorists using Exit 21 and Exit 22 overnight on the New England Thruway (I-95) in Port Chester will experience temporary delays tonight through Friday because of repair work on access ramps, according to the New York State Thruway Authority.
Access to I-287 / Cross Westchester Expressway is not scheduled to be affected.
- The off-ramp from southbound I-95 to Midland Avenue, Exit 21 (Port Chester, Rye) will be closed between 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, and 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, and again between 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, and 1:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25.
- The on-ramp to southbound I-95 and westbound I-287 from Midland Avenue will be closed between 1:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25.
- The on-ramp to northbound I-95 from Midland Avenue will be closed from 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, to 1:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26, and again from 10:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, to 1:30 a.m. Saturday, October 27.
- The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to Exit 22 (Port Chester, Midland Avenue) will be closed between 1:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 26.
Electronic signboards and the Highway Advisory Radio (530 AM) will update motorists about expected delays and alternate routes.
