As part of the fun today at Port Chester's Easter party at Lyon Park, participants can take a shot a winning prizes by guessing the number of jelly beans held in a jar put together at the village Recreation Department.
Recreation leader Heather Krakowski isn't giving any hints on the number of jelly beans. We tried, but without any luck.
So, you'll have to take a guess for yourself at the party.
The village's Recreation Department, with sponsorship from TD Bank, is hosting the annual Easter in the Park celebration at Lyon Park starting at 10:30 a.m.
The free event is geared for kids from toddlers to 10 years old. Along with free carnival games and the jelly bean counting contest, the Easter Bunny is scheduled to make an appearance to meet kids at the park - and pose for photos with the kids.
The party runs until 12:30 p.m. In case of bad weather, the rain date is March 23.
