Appointments:

  1. Appointment of Robert Morabito as Village Clerk and Registrar of Vital Statistics

  • Appointment of Trustee Marino as the President of the Board of Trustees (Deputy Mayor).

  • Approval of Nomination of Michael Borrelli to be reappointed to the Emergency Medical Services Committee for the Village of Rye Brook.

  • Approval of Nomination of Bart DiNardo to be appointed to the Emergency Medical Services Committee for the City of Rye.

  • Bids:

    1. Awarding bid to Fred A. Cook, Jr. Inc., for the Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drain Cleaning, Television Inspection and Smoke Testing in the amount of $122,350.00.

    Court:

    1. Appointment of Robert Peirce as the Assistant District Attorney (Village Prosecutor) for prosecuting code violations in the Village Justice Court.

    2. Authorize requests for proposals for Vehicle and Traffic Prosecutor.

    Recreation:

    1. Authorize the Village Manager to enter into contracts for the Lyon Park, Downtown and Port Chester Day concert groups.

    2. Authorize the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with the Port Chester Council for the Arts, Inc., for fiscal year 2012-2013.
