    3. Request from Lisa Dileo to close a portion of Irynhill and Irving Avenue for a Block Party on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 4:00pm to 11:00pm.

    4. Request from Andrea Winchester to close a portion of Linden Street for a Block Party on Saturday September 1, 2012 from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
