Easter Bunny Comes to Port Chester on Saturday

Free games, contest, prizes for kids at Lyon Park.

While green will be the color of the day on Saturday in New York City for the big St. Patrick's Day Parade, pink and white will be the colors in style in Port Chester.

The village's Recreation Department, with sponsorship from TD Bank, is hosting the annual Easter in the Park celebration at Lyon Park. The party kicks off at 10:30 a.m.

The free event is geared for kids from toddlers to 10 years old. Along with free carnival games and a jelly bean counting contest, the Easter Bunny is scheduled to make an appearance to meet kids at the park - and pose for photos with the kids.
