World Hunger Donation Jar Stolen From Port Chester Restaurant

KFC manager uncertain of amount in change jar.

A recent visitor to the Port Chester Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant definitely was not in the holiday spirit.

The manager of the KFC at 262 Boston Post Road told Port Chester police that at about 5 p.m. on Nov. 18 he noticed that a donation jar containing change meant to support a world hunger organization was missing from the store.

The manager was uncertain of the amount of money that was in the jar, or exacatly when it was taken.
