Port Chester police witnessed a man making a right hand turn from Westchester Avenue onto Pearl Street and crossing over the double yellow line while tossing a liquid out of the side of the car.
Port Chester police pulled him over and smelled the odor of alcohol, both on the individual and in the car, according to Lt. James Ladeairous.
Sean MacGillivray, 19 of 41 Winding Ridge Road in White Plains, NY was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor and a violation of failing to keep right and a violation for an open container, according to Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.
