Watch Where You Park In Port Chester, You Don't Want To Get The Boot

On Sunday, January 12, 2014, at 11:05pm the Port Chester Police Department got a call to come to 40 Grace Church Street. The complainant stated that he parked his vehicle on Grace Church Street and went to a restaurant and came back to his car, to find a male putting a boot on his car. The male stated that the car couldn’t be parked there because he owned the property, said Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.

Ironically the complainant happens to be the only one with commission to boot cars in that area, according to Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.

Jose Pilar, 45 of 40 Grace Church Street was charged with Criminal Tampering in the 3rd degree, which is a B Misdemeanor.
