Uncle Violates Order of Protection

An order of protection was violated by a Port Chester man last Saturday night.

A 48-year-old Port Chester man was arrested last Saturday evening after violating an order of protection, said Port Chester Police.


An order of protection was issued last month after a young woman was assaulted by her uncle, said Port Chester Police Lt. James Ladeairous.

According to Port Chester Police Lt. James Ladeairous, police received a call at 11:18 p.m. on December 21st from Donald Wilson’s niece stating that Wilson, entered the house by climbing through the kitchen window and was going into the bedroom that he once occupied, this is a violation of the court order.

Donald Wilson, of 42 Palace Place, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, which is an A Misdemeanor. He is currently at Westchester County Jail.
