On Sunday, December 29th, Jeffrey Florio, 49, of 6 South Road, Harrison, NY was charged with a DWI, a misdemeanor, and a violation for unsafe turning, according to Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.
Port Chester police responded to a call at the intersection of Adee Street and North Main Street to find that a black Toyota Rav 4 made a left hand turn and struck a telephone pole, said Lt. James Ladeairous, of the Port Chester Police Department.
The vehicle had a lot of front-end damage and had to be towed out of the street.
