Rye Brook Woman Charged In Port Chester Shoplifting Incident

Police: $340 worth of merchandise taken at Kohl's store.

A 50-year-old Rye Brook woman is charged with petty larceny in connection with the theft of about $340 worth of jewelry from a Port Chester department store, according to Port Chester police.

Robin Rattner of 60 Bellefair Road was arrested Saturday at about 2 p.m. after a complaint by store workers at the Port Chester . Police said Rattner is accused of paying for a pair of earrings, but then trying to leave the store with additional earrings and a bracelet concealed in her purse.

She was later released on $500 bail pending a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
