Port Chester Woman Accused Of Smashing Boyfriend's TV
32-year-old charged with criminal mischief on Travis Avenue.
The pair of boots on the ground in front of the building — thrown from a window — gave Port Chester police officers an early sign that they would find trouble when they went inside a Travis Avenue home.
While checking out a call about possible fight, police found that a dispute between a Port Chester woman and her boyfriend had led to a broken 48-inch flat screen TV in their 45 Travis Ave. apartment.
The incident began, police said, about 6 a.m. on May 26, when Renita Santos, 32, came home. Police said her boyfriend, a 25-year-old Port Chester resident, was upset that she had gotten home so late.
