Port Chester Man Robbed of Wallet, iPod Touch

Police say the early-morning robbery happened on Westchester Avenue

A Port Chester man was robbed of his cell phone and an iPod Touch early this morning on Westchester Avenue, Port Chester police said.

The victim was walking in the area of St. Peter's Episcopal Church at 5:13 a.m. when he was approached by three men. One of the men stepped forward toward the victim while another shouted, "Give him everything!" Lt. James Ladeairous said.

The victim handed over a wallet, which had identification but no cash, in addition to the multimedia device and his cell phone. The suspects were described as three black men: The first was described as about six feet tall with a slim build, wearing a white t-shirt; the second was about six feet, two inches and also slim, wearing a blue t-shirt and glasses; the third wore a white t-shirt and shorts, and was about six feet tall, the witness told police.

Port Chester police canvassed the area and are conducting an investigation.
