An intoxicated Port Chester man who was found passed out in the backyard of a North Main Street home was arrested on trespsassing charges, according to Port Chester police.
Residents of 459 N. Main St. complained to police on Sunday morning that a man was inside a fenced area on their property. Police said the man was found to be intoxicated after apparently drinking at nearby establishments.
Sergio Palacios, 38, of 30 Broad St., was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing. He faces a hearing in Port Chester village court.
