Port Chester Man Faces Sex Assault, Larceny Charges

He's charged at Westchester County Jail in May incident.

A Port Chester man is facing fourth-degree sexual assault and fourth-degree larceny charges following his arrest by Greenwich Police.

According to a police report, Jeus Mendez Arceo, 46, of 44 Fox Island Rd., Port Chester, was arrested Sept. 17 at the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla. The charges stem from a May 21, 2012, incident. Details were not provided in the report.

Arceo's bond was set at $5,000 and he was ordered held on a immigration detainer, according to the report. He was scheduled to appear Sept. 24 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
