On Friday, December 27th, Fredy Aucay, 35 of 435 Elm St, Port Chester, NY was charged with an E Felony DWI, (He had a previous DWI in 2007), and a violation for aggravated unlicensed operations, also an E Felony, according to Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.
At 11:52pm, Aucay, drove his yellow Dodge Neon on South Regent Street and rear-ended a tracker trailer. Aucay said that the tracker trailer stopped too fast for him, said Lt James Ladeairous, of the Port Chester Police Department.
