Port Chester Man Charged with DWI and Aggravated DWI

A grey Toyota hit two vehicles on Washington Street in Port Chester.


A 37-year old Port Chester man was arrested for DWI and aggravated DWI on Washington Street on Saturday, December 8, 2013, after striking an Infiniti, in the middle of the street and bouncing over and hitting a Nissan Pathfinder.

 A witness was in the Infiniti while waiting for his girlfriend, when the grey Toyota hit him and spun into the street and hit the Pathfinder. The witness, according to Lt. James Ladeairous, saw the driver throwing beer bottles into the back of the car.

  Police detected a strong odor of alcohol and Segundo Narvaez, 37, of 20 Exchange Place, Port Chester, NY was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI.
