Port Chester Man Charged in $75 Beer Theft

He's arrested at Pathmark supermarket.

A Port Chester man has been charged with petty larceny in connection with the theft of $75 worth of beer from a Port Chester supermarket, according to Port Chester police.

Christopher Ross, 43, of 30 Oak St., Port Chester, was arrested Wednesday at the Pathmark store on Midland Avenue after store staff reported he took four 12-packs of beer without paying.

Ross faces a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
