Port Chester Accused of Violating Court Order

Police: She was prohibited from contacting person who was found to be a passenger in her car in Greenwich.

A Port Chester woman faces a violation of a protection order charge after Greenwich Police say they found her driving a minivan with the protected person as her passenger.

Katherine Alexandra Chocho, 19, of 29 Maple Place, also faces a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license after she was stopped for driving without her headlights turned on just before 9 p.m. Sept. 20 on Hamilton Avenue, near St. Roch's Place.

Chocho was released on a $500 bail pending a state Superior Court in Stamford. She was given a verbal warning for not driving with the headlights turned on.
