Police: Violation Issued for Illegal Vending at Port Chester Park

A 52-year-old Port Chester woman was cited with a violation for illegally selling soft drinks and chips out of a back pack at , according to Port Chester Police.

The woman, police said, has previously been cited for the same violation of Port Chester's village regulations for vending in public places. She was cited for the violation on Aug. 24 at 6 p.m.

Police said she was released on $100 bail pending an Aug. 31 hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
