Police: Man who Urinated in Stairway of Port Chester Train Station Arrested on Warrant

Port Chester man previously accused of trespassing after he's found passed out in yard of North Main Street home.

A Port Chester man who urinated at a stairway of the Port Chester train station was charged with disorderly conduct and also held on a warrant stemming from a previous arrest that came when he was found passed out in the yard of North Main Street home, according to Port Chester Police.

Police said Sergio Palacios, 39, of 10 Broad St., was charged with disorderly conduct at about 8:30 p.m. Monday after he was seen urinating at the stairs to the northbound platform of the train station on Westchester Avenue.

While being processed, police said they learned Palacios was wanted in connection with his arrest in May 2012 on a criminal trespassing charge. Police said Palacios appeared to be intoxicated in both incidents.
