A Port Chester man who failed to show up in court to face criminal mischief charges for a at the has been arrested on a Port Chester Village Court warrant and hit with a new charge for attempting to hide his identity from police.
Port Chester police said they learned the whereabouts of Mauricio Rodenzo, 29, and went to a home in the village to arrest him. Police said that at the apartment, Rodenzo — who was known to police — gave a false identity. As a result, he was charged with false personation.
He was one of two men charged after a fight at the diner, which resulted in the destruction of glass partitions and a mirror.
