Police arrested a 26-year-old Port Chester man who they found sleeping in a running car in the middle of Grace Church Street at 3:13 a.m. on Aug. 16. The man was sleeping with his foot on the brake and the car in neutral and with an open can of beer in the middle consol, police said. The man was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and open container, a violation.
