Police Blotter: Woman Accused of Shoplifting in Port Chester

A Mount Vernon woman is accused of petty larceny in connection with the theft of jewelry items at a Port Chester store, according to Port Chester police.

Teresa Noe, 47, of 144 W. Lincoln Ave., Mount Vernon, was charged with petty larceny after an incident on Saturday at the . Police said Noe is accused of taking several jewelry items and putting them in a pocket of her clothing, and then trying to leave the store without paying for the items.

Noe was later released on $450 bail pending a Port Chester Village Court hearing on Sept. 10.
