Port Chester police say they are investigating a harassment complaint involving a local bar, two patrons and a dispute over a $14 bar tab.
Police said two men say that after they left a local bar at 1 a.m. Friday an employee of the bar confronted them outside the establishment and said they left while still having an outstanding tab. The men disagreed that they owed any money. The men, however, told police the bar employee then hit them with a dose of pepper spray.
No charges have been filed in the incident.
