Police: Blacked Out PC Drinker Vomits in Stranger’s Bed After Breaking In

A Port Chester family found a stranger's vomit, along with his iPhone, passport and keys, in their house last Thursday morning.

A 31-year-old Port Chester man found out where he spent the night when police called to tell him he had broken into a Fox Island Road home, vomited in a bed and left his passport, IPhone and car keys in the house, Lt. James Ladeairous said.

He had no recollection of where he had been or what he had done the night before, Ladeairous said. The family on Fox Island Road said they heard someone enter the house, which was locked, around 2 a.m. and leave around 10 a.m. on Aug. 8, but had assumed it was one of their own family members. They found the room smelling of alcohol and with vomit on the floor when they realized it was a stranger. They did not know how he got in the locked door.

“He said if that’s what they say I did, I probably did it,” Ladeairous said the man told police.

The accidental trespasser agreed to pay the family $85 to cover the cost of the blankets he had vomited on and they did not press charges, police said.
