The victim led police to the man's home.

The Port Chester police arrested 36-year-old Luis Mora, of Port Chester, for third degree assault, a misdemeanor on Aug. 25 at 8 p.m.

Mora allegedly attacked a 23-year-old acquaintance at his home on Bush Avenue earlier that evening over a dispute about money, police said.

“He started punching him, repeatedly knocking him to the ground and kicking him several times in the back while on the ground,” Lt. James Ladeairous read from the police report.
