PC Man Caught Climbing Into Window of Greenwich Apt.

Police say 52-year-old Christopher Cannizzaro has made a habit of climbing into a friend's apartment through a window instead of using the front door.

A Port Chester man was ticketed for creating a public disturbance Oct. 6 after he reportedly entered a Vinci Drive apartment through a window.

According to a police report, Christopher Cannizzaro, 52, of 22 Clinton St., is a frequent guest of the apartment residents who enters through a front window rather than the front door. However, Cannizzaro was not welcome on Oct. 6 by the residents. Police were called by a neighbor who reported seeing Cannizzaro try to enter her neighbor's apartment and thought he was burglarizing it shortly after 5:30 p.m.

Officers issued Cannizzaro an infraction on the charge and gave him an Oct. 21 date to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford.
