NY State Police to Honor 4 Troopers Killed in Line of Duty
The four men were killed in 2013 while serving with the New York State Police.
New York State Police will honor four of their brothers who were killed in the line of duty in 2013.
The four troopers will be honored during the 38th Annual Memorial Service and Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 7, at the New York State Police Academy in Albany. The service starts at 10 a.m., and will be followed by the annual awards ceremony at 10:30 a.m.
In 2013, the New York State Police lost four members to line of duty deaths:
- Winston I. Martindale – Troop F
- William P. Keane – Troop A
- Ross M. Riley – Troop H Field Command
- David W. Cunniff – Troop T
Following the memorial service, New York State Police Superintendent Joseph A. D’Amico will present the following awards:
