Motorized Shopping Cart Stolen From Port Chester Stop & Shop
Cart used by handicapped shoppers to get around store.
Three youths are being sought in connection with the theft of a motorized shopping cart stolen from the Port Chester supermarket, according to .
The cart was kept at the store for use by handicapped shoppers so they could get around the supermarket at Waterfront Place. Police said store workers spotted three youths with the cart about 10 p.m. on Friday and that it was then taken from the store lot.
The electric-power cart is valued at about $1,000 to $1,500, police said.
