Man Found Hiding Under Car Arrested After Fight with Port Chester Police

19-year-old found after report of suspicious person in parking lot.

A 19-year-old Port Chester man was arrested after he was found hiding under a car as police were checking out a report of a suspicious man in a Regent Street parking lot, according to Port Chester Police.

Village police officers found David Espinoza of 236 S. Regent St. about 3:30 a.m. Saturday after a report of a suspicious person at 350 S. Regent St. Police said that as they got Espinoza out from under the car he started to yell at police and got into a fight with village officers.

Espinoza was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He faces a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
