Man Attempts To Steal BMW In LA Fitness Parking Lot

On Saturday, December 28th, Port Chester Police received a call from a complainant who went to LA Fitness on Boston Post Road in Port Chester at 4pm and returned to his locker at 4:50pm to find that a different lock was on his locker.

 He informed the manager who cut the lock off and the complainant found that his car keys were missing to his 2007 BMW. He ran outside to his car to find a guy sitting in his car with the car running and the radio on, according to Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.

Port Chester Police arrived on the scene and arrested Christopher Gude, 20 of 2363 Grand Ave, Baldwin, NY and charged him with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, which is a misdemeanor, and Attempted Robbery in the 2nd degree, which is a D Felony.
