Intoxicated Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct in Port Chester

He's cited after walking into traffic, blocking sidewalk.

A 54-year-old Port Chester man was cited for disorderly conduct after creating a disturbance on Westchester Avenue that included walking into traffic, according to Port Chester Police.

Police said they were called to investigate a complaint about a man walking in and out of traffic near Poningo Street. Police said they found the intoxicated man who went on to scatter a laundry bag full of clothing on the sidewalk in front of a Port Chester firehouse.

As the man continued to block the sidewalk, he was charged with disorderly conduct.
